CATS operates bus and rail transit services in Mecklenburg County and surrounding areas. Since its inception in 1999, CATS' bus and rail operations has grown to carry about 32,900 riders per average weekday. Working with Saturday Creative, I created a multiphase recruitment campaign in order to keep up with the rising demands of the system, and reinforce the culture of the company.
